This is a great little place in the back of the Bubbler Pub. They have a couple of tables in the back just outside of the kitchen or you can sit in the bar area. My wife and I have been here quite a few times and are never disappointed. The pizza is one of the best around town and the Italian sausage sandwich is fantastic.
You have to know they only take cash and yes they have a tyme machine. They also deliver during certain hours.
I don't remember seeing a website so finding a menu is a bit tricky but can be found online somewhere. -

I used to live in Bay View and have always loved Vinchi's. I was in the Milwaukee area and decided to stop by.
Vinchi's opens at 4:00pm. We arrived at 4:05pm. The owner (?) asked us what we wanted so we ordered a cheese pizza before we sat down. At 4:35 a nice employee who had just got to work came by and gave us plates. She asked if we ordered the cheese pizza to which we said yes. Ten minutes later the owner sat at the table next to us and proceeded to eat a small pizza. At 5:07pm, over an hour after we ordered, the employee brought out our pizza. Twenty minutes after the owner sat down and ate his pizza! Our pizza wasn't started until the nice employee came in and confirmed our order.
When I lived in Bayview Vinchi's would deliver pizza to our house in 45 minutes to an hour on a weekend. I was soo disappointed.
I gave a 2 stars rating because our server (the nice employee who made sure our pizza was made for us) was great and took excellent care of us. She gave us superior service.
As a FYI never fault the server for an owner or kitchen error! -

Delicious thin crust pizza! I've heard lots of good things about Vinchi's pizza, and I'm glad to say it lived up to the hype!
If you like thin crust pizza you should check it out. The crust is thin and crispy all the way through. The sauce is slightly sweet with a spicy zest. We had sausage and pepperoni toppings. It was perfect!
If you're looking for "fancy" toppings, this may not be for you.

Cash only!
They're in the back of a bar called the Bubbler.
That pizza is dangerously hot when they bring it! They warn you!
I'm not a fan of cheesy garlic bread, but theirs is good and I'm sure it saved me from painful burns to the roof of my mouth from the molten pizza.
We also shared a "steak" sandwich because I heard great things about it, and the pork chop sandwich. The "steak" sandwich was really chopped steak, or hamburger with canned mushrooms, but it was delicious. It was huge and only $10.
Looking forward to a return visit. -

So cheesy, so greasy, so GOOD! We recently ordered a pizza from here when we were in the area and starving. We took it for takeout and could not drive home fast enough because the smell was so good and when we got home and opened it, we were quick to open it up and try a piece. We were not disappointed!! It was so good. It was a bit overpriced but hey, sometimes you gotta pay the extra $5 for exactly what you want

Got carry-out on a Saturday night... wait was about 45 minutes to get pizza. Reminder that Vinchi's is cash only! We ordered the Vinchi's Supreme which came with sausage, onions, and mushrooms... very tasty and gooey cheesy! Some of the crusts were a bit on the burned side but still way good dipped in ranch (which is how I usually roll). Plenty of people dining in and having drinks... saw one couple eating some cheesy garlic bread which is on my "need to eat soon" list.
